Is There A Wallpaper Defect?

Many manufacturers sometimes have a production defect. Unfortunately, none of this is insured. It is our goal to send a replacement within the shortest timeframe, at no additional cost, by exposing the customer to a defect in the wallpaper. Or, if necessary, refund the full amount spent on wallpapers.

Usually, the customer only needs to have a problem piece on the wallpaper and a wallpaper label photo to confirm the defect. The review process takes a few business days, after which the replacement is sent to the customer's address.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

In the event of a defective item being received, please make a claim in accordance with the terms and conditions of the courier service and notify the online store by telephone or email.
