Product return

We hope you enjoy everything you buy from tapetenshop.lv, however if you have any complaints, here is our Return Policy:

The customer has an official 14-day cooling-off period from the day the order is received to cancel the contract. Any products must be returned in accordance with the rules set out in the paragraph below. Any returned products must be new, unused and unaltered and undamaged in the original box. The boxes are considered part of the product and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any exchange or return must be requested by writing to e-mail info@tapetenshop.lv. We aim to process your request within 24 hours.

The exchange order will be sent, if possible, within 48 hours from the moment of receipt of the returned product in the office "TapetenShop.lv". In the event that the product requested for exchange is no longer available, the customer will be offered another product of his choice in exchange or will be offered a full refund. It is strongly recommended that the customer keep proof of postage in case of return. If the product is lost in transit and no proof of postage can be provided, no refund or exchange is possible. If the amount of the customer's exchange order is lower than the initial order, "Tapetenshop.lv" will reimburse the difference within 14 days from the moment of receiving the returned package in our office.

Rewards will be executed in the same way as the payment was made to "TapetenShop.lv" (Credit Card, Paypal or non-cash payment).

All returned products (including all packaging) must be received at the "TapetenShop.lv" office in the undamaged condition in which they were sent to the customer. Upon receipt of the returned packaging, at the discretion of "TapetenShop.lv", the goods are assessed as existing in the same condition as they were sent to the customer. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been obviously used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage has made the product unsuitable for use.

If the returned product was refused by "TapetenShop.lv", the product will be returned to the customer at the expense of "TapetenShop.lv". The customer cannot claim any compensation and is not entitled to any compensation as soon as they exercise their warranty rights on the goods sold as a result.

"TapetenShop.lv" will refund the returned products in a suitable manner within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods at the "TapetenShop.lv" office.
