Romanian blinds measuring procedure
To order Roman blinds, the total width and total height of the blinds must be measured.
Please note that the height of the Roman blinds is 25 cm after assembling, so make sure the blind does not interfere To open the window!
Choose the installation option for Roman blinds:
Window column;
Above the window openings, mounting on the wall;
Above the window openings, fastening to the ceiling.
To install a window in the box, measure
1. Width in the upper box,
2. Box height, distance from the top of the column to the windowsill.
It should be noted that in very rare cases the width of the column at the top and bottom is the same, but the height of the box on the right and left may vary. Therefore, to insert the roller blinds in the window column, remove 1 cm from the width and height of the box.
When choosing this type of installation, Roman blinds should be ordered by the following dimensions:
Blinds width = width - 1 cm
Height of blinds = Height of the columns - 1 cm
Installation above the window box with mounting on the wall.
To attach the blinds to the wall, it is necessary to measure
1. Required width (usually attached to the width of the column 10-20 cm to cover the blinds),
2. The required height (usually Roman blinds are attached 10 cm above the window box).
Important! Before measuring, check that the heating pipes, the air conditioning system and its connections, niches or protrusions do not interfere with the installation of Roman blinds above the window.

The most popular solution for rooms and rooms with standard ceiling height. Often, strengthening the blinds on the wall can be written with additional difficulties: metal beams, wiring wall or built -in heating or conditioning pipes.
Therefore, if you do not have the necessary experience in assembly work, we recommend that the blinds be strengthened to the ceiling.
To attach Roman blinds to the ceiling, you must measure:
1. Required width (usually attached to the width of the column 10-20 cm to cover the blinds),
2. The required height
Important! In addition, you can choose the location of the adjustment elements: right or left.
